The Hopeful Parents Ad Network targets our ads specifically toward the special needs community. We seek websites that have a strong concentration of households that have children with special needs.

Because the special needs community is a small niche market, we place a greater importance on audience demographics than on the number of hits of particular sites. We require all websites in our network to post our demographic survey to their audience to ensure the audience meets our criteria.

Payout is straightforward: bloggers make 75 percent of what the advertisers pay Hopeful Parents. For example, if Hopeful Parents receives $1,000 from an advertiser, the bloggers who ran that advertisers ads would split $750 among themselves proportionate to the level of exposure on each blog.

Both publishers and advertisers will have the ability to check their stats using a private username and login. Hopeful Parents uses a third-party ad server to track the information, and we have no access to manipulate the data. Your information is unfiltered and completely transparent to you.
